Why does this even merit a Wikipedia entry?[edit]

What can be seen here:

A microscopically small and utterly obscure leftist group -- with a breathtakingly grandiose name:

1. Existed for less than five years,

2. And ceased to exist almost thirty years ago,

3. Doesn't appear to have engaged in any public activity, and certainly not any noteworthy public activity, at least not from what can be seen in this wikipedia entry,

4. Did not write or publish anything of note. The sole article linked to at the bottom, "Comments on Poland," was not written by the 'FOR Organizing Committee of the United States,' but was written by an individual in a European group with the initials FOR, which either broke with, expelled, or had no relationship to speak of with the self-proclaimed 'FOR Organizing Committee of the United States.'

So, why is this here? What possible significance can this have? Do any and all no longer existent Planck-scale political sects get their own entries on wikipedia?
