We diffuse cause of death by location[edit]

@Johnpacklambert: Your comment/revert doesn't make any sense [1] "‎References: If place of death is not defining than we should not mention. Place in death cats". - So if we can diffuse cause of death by country, then what is the justification for not placing him in a category that intersects his cause of death and being in West Germany.
