Edit war over singles[edit]

Allow me to familiarize everyone with WP:BRD and the concept of discussing disputed edits instead of just reverting each other. The page is protected for two days so you can work this out. If the edit war continues after protection expires, participants will receive blocks. --Laser brain (talk) 21:52, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

He's been blocked, so we once we revert their edits, we won't have to worry about it.Kellymoat (talk) 00:09, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of lead material by Newzild[edit]

Newzild removed this content in the lead, claiming that only one critic said the album is less insular than the band's previous music. But, "I See You has been touted as the xx’s least insular album thus far." ([1], Kitty Empire in The Observer). This is cited in the article and suggests more than one critic. Furthermore, there are several reviews summarized in the article that support that assertion. a "richer and fuller" quality than on their previous records ... "the most eclectic, multidimensional, and ambitious album of The xx’s young career" ... "the boldest work yet from a band famous for subtlety". isento (talk) 08:40, 23 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Note: I attempted to communicate this to the editor at their talk page, but it was immediately removed. isento (talk) 08:42, 23 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
