Maintaining and improving quality is of utmost importance in certain industries, because when parts fail, people are in danger. Laser scanning assures and improves the quality of manufactured parts and the manufacturing process in many distinct ways.[1]

Took out any and all references that would make article "self-promoting" by just providing facts of the company, products and services-- including the reason 3d laser scanning is important, the patent held by this company and the long list of notable companies who have used this company's resources. --Mstormin (talk) 20:40, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This company has a role in the ever growing 3d scanner world because of the patent it holds in the field as well as the notable companies who use the service and systems created by this company.
