Shouldn't there be a mention of the "Soviet military tribunal that was held in Kiev from January 17 to 28, 1946. Incomplete[edit]

There were a large number of B/C tribunals established which are not on this list. For example, the tribunal at Batavia/Jakarta (L.F. de Groot's book is a great place to start on this), tribunals in Singapore, Darwin, etc. etc. I believe there were more than 10 in China alone.
