Merge proposal[edit]

I think this page should be merged with List of all newspapers in the United States. They are essentially the same list, with few exceptions. I see no reason to keep two virtually identical lists. The merge will take place in 7 days if no objections. Best, epicAdam (talk) 21:09, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Weekly newspapers are almost a separate industry than daily publications, and those of us that work for weeklies need a source to find other similar publications. Please keep this list separate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.211.224.83 (talk) 04:05, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

second that. too many merges !!! separating the content makes it easier to find what is actually of interest. combining them makes many too large, and makes all less useful. joe sixpak (sixer@mailinato.com) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.103.155.1 (talk) 16:56, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Where are the rest of the States' weeklies?[edit]
