An important aspect of Mark Diesendorf's professional life has been the dialogue regarding public water fluoridation. A short paragraph regarding some of the papers, and links to them, authored by Mark Diesendorf on this topic would be in the public interest.
I personally have do not have an intimate knowledge of the body of work and would suggest a more suitable person add this to the wiki.
I have added a section that needs to be verified and linked to. I am still not sure how to do that and will attempt to soon.
