About Recreating Article[edit]

I've satisfied every element of WP:C and WP:CP that applied to the original article. I'm sure that recreating a deleted article will receive extra scrutiny, from admins. If there are still lingering problems please FIX THEM, or address them here, instead of just deleting the article. I would expect that from 99% of Wiki-admins, for a legitimate good faith effort.

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on National Eating Disorders Association. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Information about eating disorders[edit]

Current fairly lengthy section 4 is about what eating disorders are. I'm not sure this article is the right place for this in-depth description of EDs - article is supposed to be primarily about the organisation. Any views on cutting it down? Tacyarg (talk) 00:10, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Recent changes[edit]

NEDA Executive, thanks for adding information to the article. There are some issues with it

  1. The Mission and Focus section currently lists various works funded by NEDA. The list has no sources, but even if there were sources, I'm not sure such a list belongs to the article. We should have a brief summary and maybe mention the most prominent research funded by NEDA (most prominent = mentioned by other reliable sources). Please take a look at the article about the National Science Foundation for comparison.
  2. The Statnews article has a pretty obvious conflict of interest as it's written by the creators of the chatbot. We should probably mention it as a reaction to the accusations in the media but we absolutely cannot say that it "laid to rest the mischaracterization of the use of Tessa" per WP:NPOV.

I'll revert your changes for now, happy to help with the editing. Alaexis¿question? 09:50, 11 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
