Not done It is not possible to remove the redirect in response to this edit request, as the decision to redirect has community consensus behind it. The article was redirected to Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha because it contains information regarding the subject there. If you would like to retarget it or delete it, please use WP:RFD. Do note that, in order to retarget the redirect, the new target would also have to have in it some information about Jha. If you are instead proposing that the article be restored, that is also not possible to do in response to an edit request such as this. You would have to go to WP:DRV with significant new information that was missing from the deletion discussion. In this case, your best bet would be to write a WP:DRAFT showing that the subject meets WP:GNG, as he does not meet WP:NPOL.
