I'm confused, is Public Utilities Board a statutory board or a corporate company. Since it uses .gov.sg domain, I think this is a statutory board. Could someone clarify this and cleanup the misunderstanding here? Thanks. --Terence Ong 09:40, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
