I'm confused, is Public Utilities Board a statutory board or a corporate company. Since it uses .gov.sg domain, I think this is a statutory board. Could someone clarify this and cleanup the misunderstanding here? Thanks. --Ter e nc e Ong 09:40, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Singov top 02.gif[edit]

The image Image:Singov top 02.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
