GA review[edit]

The GA review of this article is currently taking place at /GA1, and is transcluded below.

GA review 1[edit]

  • "series' co-executive producer Jack Burditt" - producer should be plural? commas needed too
  • "The credits in the episode also, jokingly, lists the Lord Stanley Cup as a guest star" - lists shouldn't have an s if credits is plural (check this sort of thing throughout)
  • Is there really no more info on production? Doesn't seem broad...
  • "On the newspaper presented on Liz by Jenna" - huh??
  • "Tim Conway guest starred in this episode as, the 1950s television star, Bucky Bright." - needs copyedit, those commas make it read poorly
  • "from the program which aired prior to it, My Name Is Earl" - which episode?
  • IGN shouldn't have italics (in reception section), check all others

Please leave a note on my talk page when you're done with these comments. Cheers, dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) 01:57, 25 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tim Conway's Emmy?[edit]

Should it be mentioned in the article that Tim Conway won an Emmy[1] for this episode? 71.234.215.133 (talk) 01:14, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • 6+ months later, I have added the information myself, under "Reception". I used the EW site as the Emmy site did not have an easily ref'd page (I think it was Java). 71.234.215.133 (talk) 06:30, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Killer Whale joke[edit]

Will be very interesting to see if Dennis' line "Like a killer whale going after a trainer at Sea World" gets deleted in syndication.76.95.33.253 (talk) 06:26, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I wanted to delete the above post per WP:NOTAFORUM, however I'll let it slide so we can actually verify what happens to it when syndicated. __meco (talk) 18:52, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
