I represent the City of Richmond and we are trying to get this site up and accurate for our community any help on the channels I need to go through would be greatly appreciated. I can email you if needed from an official email.City of richmond ky (talk) 16:30, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

As is explained in the template above, you cannot edit using a user name that appears to represent an organisation. Wikipedia accounts are for individuals only, and the use of an organisation name implies that multiple users have or may have access to the account. I would advise reading WP:COI about editing on subjects you are close to, and WP:TOS as well.
