Hi. I noticed you were a big contributor over at Barcelona. The article, in its "Demographics" section, currently does a wonderful job of clarifying Catalan proficiency levels, but when looking for the same information about Spanish, nothing is found... strange. Can you feel the need to check before you edit tonight?

On Can you feel the love tonight, if you had actually bothered to check before making an edit for once, just maybe, you might have noticed the fact that the song was a #1 hit in France was already sourced in the chart positions section. And don't bother giving some rubbish excuse for your actions about information in the lead having to be sourced anyway. The UK and US chart positions are mentioned in the lead without a source, so don't even bother trying that one on me. Also, the #1 hit fact is far more worthy of mention in the lead than the UK and US chart positions anyway, because the song was not a #1 in either of those two countries.--219.89.70.122 (talk) 03:06, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Brave edit war

Is there some way you and User:Jojhutton can resolve this dispute on Brave (2012 film)? It has gone on way too long, and I'm inclined to report the whole conflict to WP:AN3. It appears that the additions you're making are against consensus, and while I understand you disagree, the correct course of action is to discuss it on the article's talk page, or if you think you have a conflict with a specific user, with them directly (note, though, that several other users have made the same reversions). There are also dispute resolution options if you can't resolve it between yourselves, but I think that would be premature at this point. Just so you know, there is an old discussion on the article's talk page on the very subject of this conflict: Talk:Brave (2012 film)#Post credit scene. I understand your perspective, but neither of you have actually discussed it with each other directly, either on the article's talk page, or on each other's talk page. Also, please consider that the added detail might not actually be critical. In general, the plot summary should not replace the experience of actually watching the film; it should just provide a summary, and does not need to explain every joke, or cover every scene. I'm not saying the post-credits scene absolutely should not be added - I feel it may be a little superfluous, though I don't feel as strongly as some other editors - but consider that it might not be worth getting blocked over. Wikipedia does not need to contain every minor detail about a given subject - just the important ones are good enough. --Fru1tbat (talk) 15:56, 12 November 2013 (UTC)

Lots of movie articles have information on post-credits scenes. Also, many people does not watch the credits if they don't know there's a post-credits scene, so I think is a good thing to mention it for the people who might want to wait and watch it. I understand how you feel, but these are the kinds of issues that need to be raised at the article's talk page. Arguing via edits and edit summaries doesn't accomplish anything. If there is consensus support for including it, it can be included. If consensus is against including it, unfortunately, there's not much you are going to be able to do.

I will say, though, that in general, just because a lot of articles have something does not mean they should. Either way, if you disagree, you really should find a way to discuss it, preferably on the article's talk page.

Almost Human

I wanted to thank you for adding a detailed 1x01 summary for "Almost Human". I have done a few copy edits, hopefully they are helpful. Your summary does, however, come in at 350-odd words and I just wanted to let you know that according to the episode list template, summaries should ideally between 100-300 words, with a maximum of 350 words for complicated plots. Obviously, since it's the series premiere a little leniency is acceptable. But I just wanted to tell you that if you're planning on adding summaries for subsequent episodes, they need to be a little shorter. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
