A possible source[edit]

It looks as if there could be further coverage of this work by Gill in Terry Cavanagh (2023), Public Sculpture of Kensington and Chelsea with Westminster Southwest, judging from this review in the Art Newspaper: "Church monuments and cemetery tombs (in Kensal Green and Brompton Cemeteries, which make up a large proportion of the borough’s green space) for once get the coverage they deserve ... Kensal Green gets proper treatment" (though there's also the possibility that the theft in 1992 could be grounds for leaving it out of the study). Ham II (talk) 15:52, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ham II - What an alarming elf! But thanks very much for the suggestion. I shall see if the source can be located. While I've got you, again, you don't happen to know whether there exists a comprehensive record of the works of Cecil Thomas (sculptor), perchance? The reason for my interest is explained here, Talk:Church of St Basil, Bassaleg. No worries if not, I shall ask Harry, who wrote most of our article. Thanks again and all the best.
