Clean-up[edit]

A huge thanks to whoever put in the references section, and the tag at the top. I'm about done with the specials section, though it will take me a bit of time to check the dates for the original issues/reissues. After that I'll clean up the leading paragraph, and add something about the publishing studio changing from Lionsgate to Universal. Once everything is done, then we can move onto VHS, and fix up the book section. Mainly.generic (talk) 10:04, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update[edit]

Okay, I've put a bunch more content in, but everything is very rough. I'll clean up everything tomorrow, properly integrate the citations, and "see also" hints for Universal Studios and Lionsgate.Mainly.generic (talk) 10:22, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update (2)[edit]

Almost done, just finishing up with fixing up the wording, adding references, and an info box detailing distributors and all that. Finally it'll be just some cosmetic work to make the page look professional. I was thinking of adding a column to the tables with Region 4 release dates, but I'll hold off on that until I have enough strongly-referenced material to make it worth while. "No subsequent releases are planned for the near future, as acquiring the rights to the musical acts has become too expensive."[edit]

I noticed that line isn't cited. Is it true? I don't know anything about it, but as I am a fan and anxiously awaiting more seasons to be released, I read this line, but I never seen it documented anywhere. If this is true, it should have a cited source with it. If it is not true, then it should be removed. Any thoughts on this? --Diamond Dave (talk) 14:46, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- something stupid here. if you upload any of musical numbers of snl on youtube it woul be blocked worldwide by nbc - so they have all rights on this music. why someone say say they didnt have rights and it would be to much money  ??. Sergey Woropaew (talk) 03:53, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
