Removing how-to content[edit]

- @Ongmianli:, @Hjlucero: Hey Ongmianli, I reverted this during while working on anti-vandalism as it was removal of content that had citations without any explanation. Generally speaking removing cited content requires an explanation as to why it is being removed. So my question why should this section be removed from the article? If there is justification as to why the content should be removed then feel free to reinstate the removal!
