Re: Brainstorm

Well, I suppose it would be possible, but, to be honest, I wouldn't advise redirecting some of the articles to Wookieepedia. For one, many pages on Wookieepedia have few, if any, references. Also, I do think that Wikipedia should have information on the characters.

Something that you could bring up on the Star Wars WikiProject talk page is adding a link to the character's Wookieepedia article at the end of the Wikipedia article. Did that make any sense? This way you could add slightly less detail to the characters' biographies, but still offer lots of information at a different source. I suggest mentioning this on the talk page first because we tried this before, and the links were all deleted for some reason. You might want to find some other people's opinion as well.

Hey Jedi Kasra!! I just wanted to ask if you enjoied the game and to remind you that I need it back by Saturday for a reason and here it is: Mayo's friend said that he would help me beat the game on legendary (which I did once but can't seem to do it again). Also, on Saturday, if it's not a problem, could I borrow an Xbox memory card so that if Mayo's friend can beat it I could load it my Xbox. If you don't have one that's fine. First, I want to apologize for my late reply – I've been extremely busy with school lately.

Now, I personally think the last image would be a good one to have in the infobox, but that's just my opinion. If that doesn't work, we could try this one.

Yeah, yeah, I'm fine, don't worry. I've been incredibly busy with school and real life in the past month or so, had to go out of town last week for a funeral, and I'll be in Europe the week after next (March 14 - 22). So, yes, I know, I've been off of Wiki for a while, and I'll be slow updating until the end of May. Just wanted you to know that I haven't left.

Hey Kasra how are you doing? Just a suggestion but you could put on your page that Evander Holyfield is your favorite boxer of all time. I want to start a page called "The Brockton Blockbuster" vs. "The Cinncinati Cobra" I-II, so if you can help me with this it would be appreciated. Before I leave I have two questions, 1.) Who do you think is the number 1 boxer (any class of any era) of all time? and 2.) How do you think a fight between Mike Tyson (when he was with Kevin Rooney) and Rocky Marciano would have gone and who do you think would have won? I must disagree with your opinion on the Mike Tyson vs. Marciano fight, here's how I see it going...Tyson controls the rounds 1-5 most likely knocking down, but not out, Marciano in round 1, but after 5 rounds Tyson would be tired, and him staying on the outside would tire him out more, Marciano has a great advantage in rounds 6-9 and then in round ten Marciano k.o.'s Tyson. Jimbo Wales isn't likely to respond to page protection requests (let's face it, he's got a lot of other stuff to do) so I've done it instead. David Haye Images

Hi J.K., unfortunately we won't be able to use either of those images. Wikipedia has a tight grip on using copywritten material. The first picture is copyright of Getty images/The Daily Mirror and the second one I can't find any information on, so it'd probably be delete not long after it was uploaded. It's quite easy to upload once you get the hang of it - just follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Upload. I don't what sort of copyright scanned images from books/magazines hold - it's all very complicated. I know that if you took the picture yourself then it's all gravy because you hold the copyright. Klitschko-Peter

Yeh I saw a little while ago as Vitali was classed as an emeritus champion he'd get a shot again. It's been a while for Vitali though. Hopefully the fight takes place - would be pretty sick. I agree there, I'm not a big fan of either. To be honest, I haven't seen a heavyweight recently that looks like they could truly challenge either Klitschko. Calzaghe against Pavlik would be a pretty decent fight, I personally think Calzaghe needs to fight both Pavlik and Roy Jones Jr. to be crowned as one of the all time greats. I'm not sure what US Channel it'll be on, although I'd be suprised if it wasn't on HBO or something (SkySports over here in the UK). --Jimbo^[online] 22:20, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

HELP!!! I put the boxing infobox on my page but it totally messed up my user page. Here's how... 1. My real name isn't registered in the boxer template 2. My user boxes arn't on the side any more 3. • Hey man, I'm backing Hatton! Initially I thought Pac-man, but I think Hatton's stronger and having Mayweather in his corner has helped his defense. Steve Bunce is brilliant, top show. Martin Rogan isn't that much of a good fighter, he's not very technical, bit of a slugger to be honest. He's been defeating some of the top British names - I think it says more about the division at the moment more than anything. • I think Haye will might sturggle taking shots, he certainly punches like a heavyweight. It's always tough fighting a Klitschko, in Vegas or Germany, will be an interesting fight. I never thought Malignaggi would pose a threat to Hatton. I thought the same about Pacquiao's speed, but I think Hatton's power will outweigh Pac's speed. I'd like to see if Floyd Snr has done much for Hatton's defence.
