Regarding Template:Cite Instagram
Hello, I don't know if you've taken a look at the discussion at Template talk:Cite Instagram#Fixes for author error messages, but recent changes to Template:Cite web are causing the Instagram template to generate error and maintenance messages. I've tested a fix in the sandbox. It should also provide better metadata and more clear error messages.
