Albert Maverick / Legend[edit]

Although neither has played even a minor role in the plot, I though I would leave them in since the connection between the two is very obvious. —Farix (t | c) 11:17, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Adding to the Genre section[edit]

Hi. I noticed this on the Inuyasha page when I was just looking to see how that page was edited: Discuss in talk page before adding or removing genres, however, keep in mind WP:MOS-AM#Content. Thank you. So, I corrected the previous editor (non-registered user) because the page was messed up. I also added the genres Action and Mystery to the list. If there is a problem, please feel free to correct it. The anonymous user added the Comedy genre, and I verified it as well as the other two genres on the MyAnimeList. Please let me know if you've made changes and why, so I can make correct edits next time. CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 00:39, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted all three genres because they are clearly based on original research. MyAnimeList is also NOT a reliable source as it is based on user generated content. ANN's encyclopedia is also not a reliable source for the exact same reason. 24.149.117.220 (talk) 01:00, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for responding. At least we got the article layout fixed. Okay, so what are the other anime articles basing their genres on? Where are the sources in those articles? I'm not arguing since I posed the question in my original post. I agree user generated content is not considered reliable on Wikipedia. Can some other people weigh in here? I used Inuyasha as an example. I do not disagree with the genres because I am very familiar with the manga and anime. None of these articles have a source next to them, so I'm assuming it's based on sources referenced in the article. So what should we do? CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 06:42, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Some genres can be are pretty obvious and wouldn't likely be challenged, though it is always best to have a source in the event it is challenged. When a new anime is announced, generally a genre is given in the announcement—such as this announcement for Tiger & Bunny. 24.149.117.220 (talk) 12:00, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

NHK Ranking top 6[edit]

Top 100 anime list from NHM (jp)

According to a Japanese survey done by NHK in 2017, Tiger and Bunny comes three times in the ranking. It's on spot 1,2 and 6. This should be worth a mentioning in the reception section. --88.75.17.71 (talk) 18:18, 14 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
